This policy explains what personal data showmetheworld.tours collects when you use the Site, why we collect it and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Data We Collect

Like most websites we record standard technical information when you visit: pages viewed, the link you arrived from, your approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through analytics cookies and server logs.

Information you send us. If you contact us, apply for a job or join our affiliate program, we keep the details you provide (name, email address, message, CV or company details) for as long as needed to handle your request.

What we do not collect. We do not take payments, so we never see your card details, passport number or travel documents. Those are handled by the booking platform or operator you book with, under their own privacy policy.

How We Use Data

We use browsing data to understand which destinations and experiences are popular, to fix errors and to improve the Site. We use contact details only to answer you. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing emails unless you have signed up for them.

Cookies

The Site uses a small number of cookies: strictly necessary cookies that keep the Site working, and analytics cookies that help us measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although some features may be less convenient.

Affiliate Links

Links to booking pages include a partner identifier so the booking platform can attribute the booking to us. The identifier does not contain personal data about you. Once you leave the Site, the booking platform's privacy policy applies.

Sharing and Transfers

We share data only with service providers that host the Site and run analytics for us, under contracts that restrict how they use it. Some providers process data outside your country; where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. Messages and applications are deleted when no longer needed, normally within 12 months of the last contact.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Help Center.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
